Amber Baldet – former head of blockchain at JP Morgan – has announced her new blockchain startup, Clovyr.
Baldet, who left JP Morgan back in April of this year, announced the new company at the Consensus blockchain conference in New York.
The company aims to offer a similar service as the app store, but for decentralized applications on blockchain. "It's a way to help people think differently about decentralized application design," Baldet said at Consensus 2018.
The former bank executive will serve as the CEO of Clovyr. Baldet is joined by Patrick Nielson, former lead of development for open source projects at JP Morgan. Nielson will serve as CTO of Clovyr.
